We are now roasting our own coffee under the brand New City Roasters. Blackbird is our original blend, and is what we serve in our restaurant and cafes. Its always changing and evolving depending on seasonal availability. Coffee like wine, is a fruit and it comes in and out of season and changes from year to year. So Blackbird is a blend that never stands still.  It has up to four different origins and is roasted to be well balanced, sweet and full of fruit.
